Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from urvox.co.uk. urVOX is a trading name of My Shadow Ltd (company no. 07352072), 10 Kingsway, Middleton, Manchester, M24 1LS. Contact us at the email address on this site.

Your order

When you pay, we email you an order confirmation and VAT invoice. That's when our contract with you is formed. If we can't fulfil your order (for example, if an item is out of stock), we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Payment is taken securely by Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. See Delivery & returns for details. The item is your responsibility once it's delivered.

Cancellations and returns

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See Delivery & returns for how.

Faulty goods

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Using urVOX

urVOX changes how music sounds through your speaker; it doesn't change who owns the music. Recordings remain the property of their rights holders, so publishing or performing them in public may need the rights holders' permission or a licence.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
