Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses with InPost. Delivery costs nothing, it's free.

We pack and send orders as quickly as we can, usually within 1–2 working days. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way, and you can check your order status any time from the link in your confirmation email.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email us with your order number to tell us, then send the item back to us within 14 days of telling us. Once it arrives, we'll refund the full price, including standard delivery, within 14 days. You pay the cost of sending it back unless it's faulty.

Please return it in its original packaging and in the condition you received it. We may reduce the refund if it's been handled beyond what's needed to try it out.

Faulty or damaged?

If your urVOX arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us with your order number and a short description (a photo or video helps). Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full: within 30 days of delivery you're entitled to a full refund, and after that to a repair or replacement.
